If you receive products that are defective, damaged, expired, or have quality issue, you may request to return the product within the allowed return period. Viruseguard processes your request within 1-3 business days.
If the item is in stock, you have the option for a refund or a replacement.
If the items are out of stock, we will process a refund for you.

Step 1: Apply for return
Please send an email to our Customer Service Center to apply for return & replacement service and explain the reasons why you want to return & replacement goods. Your order number and order information should be included.
Step 2: Confirmation
Our Customer Service will contact you by Email or phone within 1-3 business days. once we receive your return & replacement application. We’ll send you the return address if the item has no quality problems. If the product has quality problem we send you a return label.
Step 3: Return Product
Please send the product back to our address within 10 days after you receive our emails. Otherwise you will be regarded as giving up return & replacement service.
Please make sure that all contents of your product including, the item itself, all accessories, all packaging materials, all instruction manuals and documentations, and any free gift if it was part of the combo. Any missing articles may result in delay processing or rejection of your Return.
Step 4: Refund
Once we’ve received your returns, it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Your refund will be issued upon completion of inspection of your return, and the fund will be issue back to the original form of payment that the order was placed. Please note that it may take your bank up to 3-5 business days to process your refund from the date that it was issued by Virusesguard.
Within 30 days from the delivery date, we will bear the postage fee and replace you with a same new item if an item has quality problem.
