7-day no reason return

products: within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods, the item must be returned, unopened, unused, in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.For non product quality problems, customers need to send the products back to the customer service center at their own expense; if the products are returned due to quality problems, we shall bear the freight.Customers need to shall contact our customer service within 7 days from the date of product delivery for 7-day no reason return and exchange, and overdue will not be handled;If the goods are returned, the gifts in purchase shall be returned in full;When placing an order, if you enjoy all kinds of preferential policies, such as combination preferential policies, group purchase, or any other gifts, all the preferential policies will be deducted from the refund, and Virusguard reserves the right to explain the preferential amount;

Received product with issues?

If you receive products that are defective, damaged, expired, or have quality issue, you may request to return the product within the allowed return period. Viruseguard processes your request within 1-3 business days.

If the item is in stock, you have the option for a refund or a replacement.

If the items are out of stock, we will process a refund for you.

Can I return anything I want?

Although Virusesguard has a 7 days return policy on our products, items with following conditions are not eligible for return:

Products that are misuse, damaged, modified, or is in unsaleable condition due to customer tampering.Products that are missing parts, missing or altered labels, missing or altered serial number.Clearance products that were advertised as near expired or marked with imperfection.All sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items due to transit damage may be subject to return after inspection.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning the product due to the following reasons, we will send you a free return shipping label:

Product was damaged during shippingWe sent you the wrong itemProduct is expired upon deliveryProduct is defective or have quality issue.

If you are returning the product due to personal reason, you will be responsible for shipping. Reasons such as:

Purchased wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, etc.Purchased too many, or no longer need itUnable to use the product due to allergic reaction. (Eligible products only)Don’t like the product, buyer’s remorse, etc.

The return process is as follows:

Step 1: Apply for return

Please send an email to our Customer Service Center to apply for return & replacement service and explain the reasons why you want to return & replacement goods. Your order number and order information should be included.

Step 2: Confirmation

Our Customer Service will contact you by Email or phone within 1-3 business days. once we receive your return & replacement application. We’ll send you the return address if the item has no quality problems. If the product has quality problem we send you a return label.

Step 3: Return Product

Please send the product back to our address within 10 days after you receive our emails. Otherwise you will be regarded as giving up return & replacement service.

Please make sure that all contents of your product including, the item itself, all accessories, all packaging materials, all instruction manuals and documentations, and any free gift if it was part of the combo. Any missing articles may result in delay processing or rejection of your Return.

Step 4: Refund

Once we’ve received your returns, it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Your refund will be issued upon completion of inspection of your return, and the fund will be issue back to the original form of payment that the order was placed. Please note that it may take your bank up to 3-5 business days to process your refund from the date that it was issued by Virusesguard.

30 Days Replacements

Within 30 days from the delivery date, we will bear the postage fee and replace you with a same new item if an item has quality problem.
